First Amendment lawyers say a Florida rapper known as T.O. got a bad rap when he was sent to jail for recording threatening song lyrics about the police.


So you mean to tell me this dude goes to jail for 2 years cause he put up a song on his myspace?? Wow where they do that at?? Only in Florida.  Damn and nobody says nothing about first amendment.  Florida yall got to do better.

also in Florida another rapper named Wes Fif, is under investigation for releasing a rap video about his neighborhood, and talking about how to get money, selling drugs, and guns.
